In 2022, The Antonio Puh Bear Charitable Foundation organized a giveaway of 25 school backpacks filled with essential supplies for students on the 2700 block of Warren Blvd. While only 25 backpacks were distributed, this marked the start of our mission to assist all youth in need.
The following year, in 2023, the Foundation teamed up with the neighborhood Block Party Committee at the same location, where over 50 book bags and school supplies were provided to students from the local area and nearby blocks. This event was designed to boost student confidence and help alleviate the financial strain on families. Additionally, the Foundation announced plans to expand its support for youth mental health awareness across Chicago. This annual effort underscores our ongoing commitment to uplifting local youth and families.
